Krusveer Rally
On 1st of October Catechism children
of Brambe Parish participated in Krusveer rally at Mander Parish. The theme of
this Rally was “You are the light of the world”. There were speech and skit competition
on this theme. They performed very well and got 2nd in skit and 3rd
place in speech competition. Thanks to Sr. Rose Gulab the in-charge of
Catechism children.
“Be the
change you want to see in the world” said by Mahatma Gandhi, so we the Carmel School made small
efforts for our students. From 2nd
to 7th October had been dedicated as Gandhian week. The objective of
this activity was to instill in the students the values of Mahatma Gandhi. Special
assemblies were conducted by class III to V students, based on the theme of
Gandhian Values.

On 10th October school Christian
students went for funeral procession of Cardinal Telesphore P. Toppo. It was
the initiative of our school principal to pay homage to our Christian religious
leader Cardinal Toppo. As he was prominent figure of the Ranchi archdiocese. Our
teachers and students went in procession and paid homage to him with flowers. On
11th October it was declared holiday on the grand state funeral
service of Cardinal Telesphore P. Toppo. We the sisters attended the funeral
service of Cardinal P Toppo at Ranchi.

only memories, leave only footprints.”
So our school had organised the educational
tour to Bodhgaya for Class IV to VII. Our school principal Sr. Manisha made a systematic
plan and organised it with the help of our school teachers. Management had
provided total 6 teachers and 52 students participated in the tour. We are grateful
to the principal for the efforts and organizing such a memorable tour.
Swachhta abhiyan
On 7th October Class VIII to X Class
teachers and students had organised Swachhata Abhiyan and Plantation activity
in the school campus. “Let’s go green to get our planet clean.” The key
to a cleaner planet is in our hands so we organised this activity in our
school. By maintaining cleanliness, we keep away our selves from diseases.
Teachers workshop
On 7th October Science teachers’
workshop was organised by Ranchi zone ASISC and science teachers from 34
schools participated in it. The resource person was Mr. Jyoti Parruck from Kolkata.
He was very dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate of his profession and subject.
All the participants were extremely happy for organizing such workshops which
helps them to update themselves. On 9th October class IX and X
teachers and students had organised the SUPW activity “COOK WITHOUT FIRE”
Primary Section School Picnic at
“WILDWADI WATERPARK”
On 14th October class I to V
teachers and students had gone for the school Picnic at “WILDWADI WATERPARK” Including
teachers and students 175 participated in the picnic. It was the day of joy,
happiness, entertainment and fun. Thanks to our principal and manger for organizing the picnic for our
primary kids.
